How you’ll know you’ve arrived

Look for the fire on the wall.

Two women dancing around a fire, painted on the side of a pink-and-lilac house with a living green wall. That’s us. The house in Barrio Escalante where the fire never goes out — on the mural, anyway.

FAQ

Quick answers.

The full stay handbook

Who can stay at Casa Pandora?

Women travellers. Every room — the private queen and both dorms — is women-only. Our listings set the minimum check-in age at 18; if you’re planning a stay for someone younger, message us before booking.

How does self check-in work?

There’s no front desk. After you book, you receive an email with detailed instructions to open the main door and your room using your phone or an electronic key — our smart locks work with a personal code for each guest. Codes are never published online.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Please tell us your arrival time in advance — your booking confirmation has the contact details.

Does any room have a private bathroom?

No. All bathrooms are shared — including for the Pandora private room. They have hot water 24 hours, shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryers.

Is breakfast included?

No breakfast is served. There’s a fully equipped shared kitchen, and Barrio Escalante has plenty of cafés nearby.

Can I get picked up at the airport?

Yes, you can arrange it ahead. Casa Pandora works with Welcome Pickups, or you can ask us for a quote on WhatsApp with your arrival date, flight number and number of passengers. Nothing is confirmed until you get a confirmation back.

How do payment and cancellation work?

Rates, payment, deposits and cancellation terms are shown in the Cloudbeds checkout before you confirm — they can differ by date and by booking channel. Casa Pandora is a cashless property.
